Accessibility Statement

1. Introduction
Prorab ("the Company", "we") is committed to making its digital services accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013.
This statement covers the Prorab website, the web client at app.prorab.co.il, and the Prorab / Prorab Workers store apps, and describes the accessibility level, adaptations implemented, known limitations, and contact methods.
The Company works to align the Service with Israeli Standard SI 5568, based on WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines, insofar as relevant to the Service.
2. Accessibility status
The application is in the process of full alignment with accessibility requirements. Some features are already accessible, and we continue to improve the experience for all users, including screen-reader users, keyboard users, and users who need display adaptations.
The Service is offered in Hebrew with an RTL (right-to-left) interface, and supports personal adaptations stored on the user’s device.
3. Where to find the adaptations
You can access accessibility settings and this statement in several ways:
- Floating accessibility button (FAB) — on every app page, bottom corner matching the UI language direction (Hebrew RTL → left; LTR → right).
- Settings → Legal → Accessibility Statement.
- Link in the legal footer (LegalFooter) on public site pages and the desktop interface.

4. Adaptations implemented
The main adaptations implemented in the Service include:
- Full RTL interface for Hebrew, including Ant Design components.
- “Skip to main content” link (Skip Link) — appears on keyboard focus and jumps to the main content area.
- Primary landmark marking (id="main-content") in main content areas.
- Primary navigation — top menu (desktop) and bottom bar (mobile).
- Personal adaptations panel — larger font, high contrast, color inversion, link and heading emphasis, reduced motion, enlarged mouse cursor, and large tap targets (minimum 48px).
- Accessibility preferences stored in localStorage on the device (functional storage, not cookies).
5. Known limitations
We are working to improve accessibility in the following areas, where limitations still exist:
- Leaflet map (ProjectsMap) — third-party component; keyboard and screen-reader navigation on the map is limited.
- Image upload and camera — depend on browser/device permissions; the accessibility experience varies by platform.
- Complex forms — some are still being tested with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
- Native apps (iOS / Android) — some accessibility adaptations differ from the web client; we continue to improve them.

7. Preference storage
Personal accessibility settings (font size, contrast, color inversion, etc.) are stored in localStorage in the user’s browser.
This is functional storage — not cookies. The data is not sent to the server and remains on the device.
You can reset the settings at any time via the accessibility panel (“Reset settings”) or by clearing site data in the browser.

This Accessibility Statement was last updated on 22 September 2026.
The Company will update this document in line with changes to the Service, legislation, or accessibility standards.
