Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview
This document explains how Prorab users can request deletion of personal information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and our Privacy Policy.
Deleting a contractor account is irreversible. After completion, that account's projects, workers, transactions, and photos cannot be restored.
2. Self-serve deletion — contractor app / web (recommended)
You can delete the contractor account immediately:
- Sign in at https://app.prorab.co.il or in the Prorab (contractor) app.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the danger zone / delete account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your email and enter your password (for password accounts).
- Confirm — the account and most tenant data are permanently deleted.
3. Self-serve deletion — Workers app
An invited worker can delete their own worker profile in the Prorab Workers app (Settings → danger zone / delete my data).
This removes the worker profile, phone, email (if any), sessions, and push tokens. The contractor account and project history remain with the contractor.
4. Email request
If you cannot sign in, email dev@prorab.co.il with subject "Account deletion request" and:
- Full name as shown on the account.
- Registered email (contractor) or registered phone (worker).
- Explicit confirmation: "I request deletion of my account / worker profile and my personal data."
5. What is deleted
When a contractor account is deleted, we permanently delete, among other things:
- User details (name, email, phone if any, password).
- Projects, workers, tasks, field notes, assignments, and photos.
- Transactions, invoices, and reports.
- In-app AI agent history and AI actions tied to your account.
- Login keys and refresh tokens.
6. What may be retained
We may retain some information after deletion where required by law:
- Payment and accounting records (up to 7 years under Israeli tax rules).
- Anonymous / aggregated logs for security and statistics, without personal identification.
- Encrypted backups — deleted on the normal backup cycle (up to 90 days).
7. Timeline
In-app self-serve deletion — immediate after confirmation.
Email request — within 30 days of a verified request.
We send email confirmation when deletion completes, where relevant.
8. Google / Apple Sign-In
If you signed up with Google or Sign in with Apple, deleting your Prorab account removes your data from our systems. To unlink at the provider, also use Google / Apple account settings.
